FiltaFry Service Training

The training covers all aspects of the FiltaFry system itself, general administration, marketing, finance, the service, health and safety. To help you on your road to success, one of the Business Development Managers (BDMs) will work with you in your own territory to help you establish a solid base of regular customers. This is our Initial Support Commitment. When not working with you, the same person will always be available to help and advise you by telephone whenever you need guidance.

To support your own operation, the exclusive FiltaFry national Toll-Free number is featured on all marketing material and on your vehicle. This directs all new inquiries to our Orlando Headquarters where each and every one will be handled professionally before being passed swiftly for you to action.

This leaves you free from any worries about new inquiries and available to concentrate your efforts on the day-to-day operation of your business.

Mentor Support Program

The FiltaFry Mentor support program is part of our on-going support commitment. Once the BDM completes your on territory support all new FiltaFry Franchisees are assigned a Mentor, an existing successful and experienced FiltaFry Franchisee or BDM who has already proven how to be effective and can advise you in overcoming any challenges you may face in your new business. That Mentor is there to coach you until you reach an key income target. Once that target has been reached, the Mentor will leave you to build your business continue working with new start franchise owners. If required however he or she will be there to help.
